Rosie’s Pizza & Restaurant was built on family, tradition, and a passion for authentic Italian food. Located in Wellington, Florida, Rosie’s brings true New York-style pizza and classic Italian cuisine to Palm Beach County with a commitment to quality that spans generations.
The Vultaggio family is originally from Sicily and immigrated to America in the early 1970s, bringing with them traditional recipes, old-world techniques, and a deep respect for Italian culinary craftsmanship. Their hospitality journey officially began in 1977 with Augy’s Restaurant & Pizza in Boca Raton, where they built a loyal following known for authentic Italian food, hand-tossed pizza, and unwavering consistency. That same foundation continues today at Rosie’s.
Named after Rosie, the infant daughter of the Vultaggio family, the restaurant represents what matters most: family, legacy, and community. Rosie’s is owned and operated by Anthony Vultaggio, his sister Cathy Vultaggio, and his wife Lily Vultaggio. Together, they carry forward decades of Sicilian heritage and family hospitality, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued.
